RESEARCH INTEREST S

1. Focusing on understanding and linking genetic traits with phenotypic behavior of antimicrobial resistant bacteria, especially in identifying the prevalence, occurrence, and sources of antimicrobial resistant genes/microorganisms that occur within the aquatic system and are of consequence to human therapeutic treatment.

2. To better identify reservoirs of and mechanisms of horizontal transferring of antibiotic resistance genes and the functions of those genes from environmental bacteria.

3. Study on Dissemination of Plasmid-Mediated Quinolone Resistance Genes in Environmental waste waters and Genetic Structures of Relevant drugs-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae
