Research and scholarly activities

My research focuses on some extremophiles, some relative enzymes, especially the catalytic mechanism of Na+/H+ antiporters in some halotolerant or halophilic strains. In addition, I am also interested in fermentation engineering, which is useful in exploring the application potentials of some useful microorganisms, such as some extremophiles in industrial wastewater treatment and microbial fertilizer.
