个人简介

王官锋,山东大学“齐鲁青年学者”特聘教授,博士生导师,山东省植物生理学会常务理事。

教育背景

2005 – 2009,中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,遗传学博士;

2002 – 2005,南京农业大学,作物遗传育种硕士

2009 – 2011,美国马里兰大学巴尔的摩郡,博士后

科研方向

1.以玉米为主要研究材料,综合运用遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学和生物信息学等方法,开展植物抗病信号通路中重要基因的发掘和功能分析研究。

2.利用玉米中一个能引起自主性超敏感防卫反应的突变体作为工具,研究植物超敏感防卫反应的分子机制。

主持课题

1. 2016- 2020,十三五国家重点研发计划“小麦等作物功能基因组研究与应用”子课题三,玉米产量、品质性状的功能基因组与调控网络,在研,项目骨干;

2. 2016-2019,玉米NB-LRR类抗病基因Rp1-D21介导的超敏感反应的分子机理,国家自然科学基金面上项目,在研,主持;

3. 2015-2020,玉米抗病分子机理研究,“齐鲁青年学者”建设经费,在研,主持。

本课题组常年招聘博士后和科研助理。
