特殊环境(极端环境及白蚁肠道)微生物及微生物酶的研究与应用;包括1) 白蚁木质纤维素降解酶系研究;2)白蚁肠道微生物多样性及功能研究;3)极端微生物和极端环境酶研究;4) 超嗜热古菌DNA重组和修复相关蛋白酶的结构与功能研究。
