Title: Professor

Education:

2001.9-2005.7  Hebei Normal University, B.S.;

2005.9-2011.7  The Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology CAS, Ph. D.

Appointments:

2011.7-2011.11  Postdoctoral fellow, The Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology CAS;

2011.11-2016.11 Postdoctoral associate, Duke University;

2016.11-2017.8  Research Scientist, Duke University;

2017.12-Now    Professor, Shandong University.

Research interests:

The research interest of my laboratory is how plant, like Arabidopsis, Maize and Sorghum, handle stresses, including biotic and abiotic stresses. We combined multiple techniques including forward and reverse genetic screening, biochemical, bioinformatics and genomic strategies to explore genes involved in plant stress response. And our final goal is to breed stress tolerant crop.

1. The crosstalk of plant stress-related hormones;

2. The molecular mechanism of Plant stress responses;

3. Inbreed stress tolerant crop.

Funding:

2017-2022”QILU young scholar” construction funding
