个人简介

王官锋,山东大学“齐鲁青年学者”特聘教授,博士生导师。担任中国生物工程学会农业分会委员,中国植物病理学位青年委员会委员,中国植物保护学会青年委员会委员,山东省植物生理学会常务理事;山东省植物病理学会理事;国际植物病理杂志Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions编委;多个国际期刊的审稿人。

科研方向

1. 以玉米为主要研究材料,综合运用遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学和生物信息学等方法,针对玉米主要病害(如大小斑病、茎腐病等)开展抗病信号通路中重要基因的发掘和分子机理解析

2. 利用玉米中一个能引起自主性超敏感防卫反应的突变体作为工具,研究植物超敏感防卫反应的分子机理。

3. 玉米 NLR 类免疫受体 Rp1-D21 的调控机理研究。

4. 轮枝镰孢菌的致病机理研究。

1. 2022-2027,玉米抗大、小斑病等关键基因的挖掘与鉴定,“十四五”国家重点研发计划,子课题主持;

2. 2021-2024,泛素连接酶支架蛋白在玉米免疫受体Rp1-D21所介导抗病防卫反应中的功能与分子机理研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持;

3. 2019-2022,内体分选转运复合体I关键组分在玉米抗病防卫反应中的功能解析,国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持;

4. 2016- 2020,“小麦等作物功能基因组研究与应用”子课题三,玉米产量、品质性状的功能基因组与调控网络,“十三五”国家重点研发计划,项目骨干;

5. 2016-2019,玉米NB-LRR类抗病基因Rp1-D21介导的超敏感反应的分子机理,国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持;

6. 2015-2020,玉米抗病分子机理研究,“齐鲁青年学者”建设经费,主持。
